Today Adobe has officially confirmed that Flash will be supported for mobile devices in early 2010. As part of the Open Screen Project, Adobe is set to bring the rich media format to mobile devices to address the issue of Flash on multiple devices along with support for hardware acceleration. This is exciting news as native flash support for mobile devices has been limited due to the closed source nature that Adobe has implemented.
